Why is is imperative that we drink 1-2 liters of water per day?
To replenish the body’s building blocks
As body is 60% water
And brain is 70% water
And to release physical toxicity and emotional stagnancy
As most toxins are water-soluble
And emotions are water-soluble
Water molecules are held together by both covalent and ionic bonds. As such, water molecules have the distinct ability to bind to most molecules and, once together, help molecules leave the body following kidney filtration. In other words, water magnetically attracts no-longer-needed (i.e., toxic) molecules and carries toxic molecules to exit the body.
The emotions are said to reside in bioenergetic form in the internal organs. Emotions are water-soluble. Water dissolves (i.e., releases) emotion, helping stagnant emotional energy immediately exit the body. Drinking water is a quick way to release emotion. Test this theory.
A daily regimen of one to two liters of water (possibly more if working out) helps physical and mental well-being.
When feeling out of sorts, drink water. It may immediately help you feel better.
Drink clean water.
